Kate brought, transformed and sold her first property 20 years ago in SW London and was immediately hooked on the process (and the financial returns) of turning a house into a stylish home. Since then she has designed and staged properties in the US and the UK.

Kate combines design, styling and staging with an internationally curated inventory and her project management skills.

Kate founded FarmMD to bring out the best in spaces and inspire others. Having spent a decade in California, where staging is an established part of the sales or rental process, Kate believes homes can benefit from “the staging sparkle”. Moving to the countryside herself, Kate is passionate about countryside living and sharing this with others, whilst also appreciating the challenge of styling different spaces and views.

Kate spent her early career as management consultant so her project management and communication skills are outstanding. She partners with her clients to achieve their goals whether it is quick, high value sale or rental, or a facelift for a space they want to use themselves.

Alongside FarmMD Staging, Kate advises early stage technology companies with a focus on property and sustainable technologies. She combines innovation in construction and design trends with core values of sustainable living.
